Week 5 session 2
This is Week 5 Session 2: of the home based sessions i have planned for you it should take approx 45min to an hour to complete
Like at the gym there are 3 sets of 3 exercises. each set of exercises should be done 3 times before moving on.
After our normal warm up go through each exercise in order. there are instructional videos for each exercise below. as always if there are any problems please let me know.
The exercises are:
TRX Jack Knife aim for 10
TRX Single Leg Squat Jumps aim for 5 on each leg
Inverted Row aim for 10
Hostage Squat - 10 each set
Hands Out Feet Out - 10 each set
2 Press - aim for 6-10
Set 3: for this set we will be doing 4 rounds.
Squat Thrust - aim for 1 min
Dumbell Swings - aim for 30 seconds on each arm
Boxers skip - still working on the rhythm, bring a rope in if you're feeling confident.
