Week 5 session 1
This is Week 5 Session 1: of the home based sessions i have planned for you it should take approx 45min to an hour to complete
Like at the gym there are 3 sets of 3 exercises. each set of exercises should be done 3 times before moving on.
After our normal warm up go through each exercise in order. there are instructional videos for each exercise below. as always if there are any problems please let me know.
Session 1 is below
The exercises are:
TRX Bicep Curl aim for 10 total
TRX Press UP aim for 10 total
TRX SL Squat aim for 5-10 on each leg
Dumbell RDL - 10 total
Dumbell Slow Curl - 10 each arm
Sand Bag Lunge - 10 each leg
Set 3: - For this set we will go 4 times around.
burpees - for 1 min, try and keep track of how many you do.
jump climbers - again for 1 minute
Jump Lunge - 1 minute, nice and steady
