Holly Ben and Daisy Sessions

Week 1 session 1

Session 1: approx 15min. 4 exercises total. 

All the exercises can be done at the same time. the first 3 are the same for all three of you, the last one is different for everyone. 

After our normal warm up go through each exercise in order and do 10 to 20 of them depending on how you all feel. 

 

 

The exercises are:

Jump Climbers

Second stars

Bunny hops 

The last exercise for Ben is Single leg balances with a football

The last exercise for Daisy is Wall press ups

The last exercise for Holly is the less fun normal press ups.

to do them so the video i have of them is of me falling over.
