Our most popular service. Our personal training plan is designed for people who are looking to make a change in their life. Whether you want to lose body fat, gain a bit of muscle or drop a dress size our personal training service can assist in achieving any fitness goals.
All personal training clients will benefit from being trained by one of our expert personal trainers in a completly private training studio. All clients also receive our health screening package, allowing you to monitor up to 8 different fitness criteria so you know exactly how much you have improved.

Richard Charges £37.5 - £45 per session paid in blocks with a minimum commitment of 4 sessions.
4 session block is charged at £45 per session
10 session block is charged at £42.5 per session
Monthly Direct debit is charged at £40 per session
